Register for Drop In Classes

I understand dancing is a physical activity which can result in injury or death. I attest that I and the students whom I am registering are physically healthy enough to participate in such active physical activity, and I and the students I am registering take full responsibility for any injury or death that results in my participation of such activity, and we hold Seaside Dance Studio, the owners, manager, instructors, dance studios, and all employees, contractors, and associates, (the Seaside Dance Studio parties) harmless and indemnify them from any injury or cost incurred from our participation in such activity. If the students whom I am registering are not aware of this indemnification, I take full responsibility for any costs they incur as a result. Students may be expected to sign a hard-copy waiver upon entering the first class, however, failure to sign such a waiver does not absolve myself and participants of these electronic terms and conditions. I also indemnify the Seaside Dance Studio parties from any psychological injury or offense incurred as a result of these dance classes. I understand and agree that nobody is required to dance with any registrant, and that nobody is entitled to agree with any opinion on social or political matters, and that any judgement that any participant makes upon me or the participants is not the fault of the Seaside Dance Studio nor the aforementioned Seaside Dance Studio parties. I agree not to wear political related clothing nor paraphernalia to classes and events. I agree my photo or video may be taken, and can be used, without compensation, in Seaside's marketing media, print or electronic.
